What our clients say about us.
“Design for X is one of the most capable firms I’ve had the pleasure to work with. I wholeheartedly recommend them to any corporation or team looking for a partner that can drive meaningful, measurable improvements. I cannot overstate the value they brought to our project.”

Plant Manager, Novelis
The world’s largest producer of sheet aluminum and recycler of aluminum, with annual revenue of $17 billion.
What we do for companies around the world.

Design for Excellence (DfX)
Align product and equipment design efforts with downstream goals for lifecycle efficiency.
Operational Excellence
Transform operations with lean methodologies and cultural alignment for sustained performance.
Greenfield and Brownfield (Vertical Startup)
Ensure seamless project execution for new and existing facilities with loss-prevention strategies.
Process Optimization
Streamline operations with data-driven solutions for supply chains, agencies, and business units.
Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM)
Maximize asset performance with cost-effective, AI-prioritized maintenance strategies.
Simulation Modeling
Unlock operational insights with advanced simulations for bottleneck analysis and KPI forecasting.

We help our clients design a lean process and implementation plan with all resource requirements and functional dependencies identified prior to execution to ensure maximum loss eradication and efficiency for any project or initiative.
Whether it's a new construction CapEx project, a new product development launch, a World Class Manufacturing framework, a DfX implementation, or a process optimization, we design success from the start.
“It’s common to enter a plant and see ‘pockets of excellence’ in place of uniform excellence. There’s often a semblance of continuous-improvement foundational concepts like jishu hozen, kobetsu kaizen, and hinshitsu hozen, but the intent and subsequent organizational culture have been completely lost in translation. I’ll see more effort placed on programmatic spreadsheets than restoring and sustaining equipment in its baseline condition–a guaranteed death certificate for any corporate operational excellence program. True loss eradication requires the proper design of the methodologies and experiential learning techniques to produce the profound knowledge needed for execution.”

Technical Director
Noah began his manufacturing career in the field of reliability engineering. He later transitioned to roles in continuous improvement and has developed and implemented lean manufacturing programs for international industry leaders. His Master of Science in Engineering capstone area of study was the use of Monte Carlo simulation modeling to optimize manufacturing processes while factoring in the randomness of the universe.
